An inspiration that makes me think about my love for diversity in groups, the influence of technology in relationships and the research I am about to start. This also matches one of the ideas of Adam Grant. In his book Originals Grant explains the need of a varied, non safe, judging environment to get the right feedback that might lead to success. In other words, if we would not be able to find these unknown people, would it be harder to tell if what you came up with will be successful?
